Several times we have had quotes from other places that are so much more- and Protech always stand by and keep track of the warranties. We also appreciate the clear communication from the front desk ladies. Every time we try another place- ie we get a quote because of a dealership oil change or we just tried a place open on the weekend etc we are disappointed with the service and cost. In addition, we had an old car for a long time and they called many times all over the region for parts. We have been taking our cars here for over 10 years and it is so nice to have a mechanic that is trustworthy, hard working, polite, and doesn’t jack up the price.

My truck broke down a few blocks down the road and these folks got me in right away despite having many other cars in their bays. Not only were they kind and professional, they correctly diagnosed the issue and resolved it in time for me to make my ferry reservation in Anacortes. The price was fair and the service was good. Thanks for turning around my bad day.

P.S. - and thanks for letting me borrow the phone charger!

Protech came highly recommended for getting an alignment done on my 2023 Silverado, and they didn't disappoint; in an out in about an hour, and completely reasonable.

Much appreciation to the team at Protech; you've got another customer!

From the moment I called to schedule to the moment of bringing my car home, Protech handled everything extremely professionally; they got me an appointment efficiently and got my car finished quickly with awareness that it's my only vehicle. As someone who is totally clueless about cars, they were honest about what was essential versus non essential to repair so I could stay within budget and they answered all of my many questions thoughtfully, thoroughly, and with kindness.

Protech mechanics made sure they didn't miss anything through their detailed inspection and diagnostics. They did not try to pull one over on me and upsell like many mechanic shops do. The cost was completely reasonable given the cost of parts and time for repairs.

Additionally, they were not just going through the motions of their job, they really went the extra mile (pun intended lol) picking me up so I didn't have to walk to the shop to make my payment and get my vehicle. They go above and beyond for their customers. Everything that needed repaired with my car was repaired, I got to ride with the mechanic to ensure it was fixed and ask any last questions, and overall could not be more satisfied with this experience.

I will absolutely be returning for all future services!

I was on a trip and my car needed an alignment. This shop was busy but bent over backwards to get me in and get me back on the road. They were very accommodating and personable. I was very impressed.

Thank you to Brady, who is a saint upon the earth. He not only saved our day this last Friday but was professional and courteous while he was at it, getting us safely back on the road. I wish him all the best. This shop has good people.

I've brought two of my vehicles to them and they have always done a great job! The ladies in the office are extremely helpful and the service techs are knowledgeable about the work, always informative about the vehicles and what they are doing! I will only use the services that they provide. Very satisfied with their work!

Proteck saved me a lot of money by correctly diagnosing the problem and repairing it quick and cheap.

I've been wandering around the west (started in OR) in a 1993 Ford E250 campervan (Falcon)since April. When gassing up in Sedro-Woolley I realized that gas was leaking from under the van (where vandals in OR had previously cut the line to get gas). Valvoline (have used them too and had great service) recommended a repair shop and that shop recommended Protech Automotive. All of the folks at Protech who helped me fix that problem were fabulous. The Office Manager located the part I needed and the gentleman who figured out what happened lined me up for the repair for first thing Monday. I can't thank these folks enough for helping me (and my cat, yep...I'm one of those) get back on the road. I highly recommend this shop.
